Studio Access & Security

• Access is granted only to paying customers via the app.
• The studio is monitored by CCTV for safety and security.
• Do not share access with anyone. Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.

Health & Safety

Use of the reformer machines, Pilates accessories, and studio amenities is at your own risk. You must be in good physical condition with no medical reasons preventing you from safely using Pilates equipment.

If you're pregnant, recovering from injury, or unsure of your fitness, please consult a medical professional before use.

You are responsible for knowing how to operate the reformer safely. No in-person instruction or supervision is provided on-site. All new users must watch the introduction video or have an induction.

Keep the area tidy and free of obstructions to avoid injury.

For your safety, we have installed a Ring doorbell linked to our owners. If you ever need to bring your safety to our attention, please ring the bell — monitored during opening hours only, for emergencies only. Misuse may result in revoked access without refund.

Hygiene & Conduct

• Please wipe down equipment before and after use, using the products provided.
• Wear clean grip socks and appropriate workout attire.
• Respect others using the space and maintain a calm, quiet environment.

Liability

By entering the studio, you accept full responsibility for your own health and safety.

Reformed (Thrive Reformer Pilates Ltd) is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while using the studio or equipment.

You acknowledge that Reformer Pilates involves physical exertion and assume all associated risks.

Booking & Cancellations

• All sessions must be booked in advance via the Reformed Pilates UK app or website.
• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before your booking to avoid charges.

Breach of Terms

Any misuse of the space or equipment, or failure to follow these terms, may result in revoked access without refund.
