You can open the studio door directly with your phone using the Reformed Pilates UK App.
1. Install the Reformed Pilates UK App
Download the app on iPhone or Android and log in with your customer account.
2. Make sure you have an active membership
Only memberships or clips that include door access will unlock the door.
3. Allow the correct phone settings
iPhone users — when you first open the app: allow Bluetooth; when asked for Location tap "Allow While Using App", then tap "Allow Always".
Android users — no special permissions needed, just make sure NFC is turned on.
4. Open the door
Make sure you're logged into the app and hold your phone close to the door reader. The door will unlock automatically.
That's it — welcome in!
You're welcome to attend your first session without an induction if you prefer.
If you've never done reformer Pilates before you MUST watch the instructional video on one of our screens. This will talk you through the reformer and prepare you for your class.
When you first log onto the screen, you can either create an account or work out without one. Either way, you'll be shown the introductory video.

Reformed at Fernleigh, Fernleigh, 40 North Street, Chichester, West Sussex PO19 1LX. We recommend you walk or take public transport to the studio. There may be parking available in surrounding streets, but please check the parking signs.
Comfortable clothes, water, and grip socks (available to buy during inductions and events).
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. You have 60 minutes access including clean-up time.
Yes — we recommend approval from your GP before attending.
Cancel at least 4 hours before your booking via the app to keep your credit.
Participants must be 16 or older.
If you create an account on the screen, you'll be able to see what classes you've already done and favourite the workouts you love the most!
Ideally, everyone should connect to their screen with Bluetooth headphones so everyone can concentrate on their workout. However, if you don't have your headphones with you and the studio is quiet, you can have the screen volume on low.
The studio is a space for everyone. At Reformed, it's really important that everyone feels comfortable and is able to do their workout in a calm and supportive environment.
Yes, we want to see how much you love our space — but please be mindful of others and ensure you're the only person in shot.
All guests need their own account and their own booking via the app. This ensures every person entering the studio is covered under health and safety for insurance purposes.
